Experiential Learning: Resident Advisor

UW Housing and Food Services (HFS) is where I channeled my creative energy this quarter. The posters I have created as a Resident Advisor have marked points in time that are meaningful to me, including the peak of COVID (when I created a mask holder), Valentine's Day, etc. I have also explored social justice issues and other topics by creating these posters. Being an RA has also been a professional growth opportunity that I reflected on for one of my experiential learning entries. I am happy that this will be an ongoing experience until I graduate and feel lucky to be of service of the dorms while simultaneously earning housing benefits myself. Below are some of my RA posters:
