Russian Literature

Russian literature is a topic I was able to explore this quarter through an honors class that I had originally only thought I would be using to fulfill a credits requirement. The experience ended up being much more than fulfilling credits and we even spent class time discussing current relevant issues related to the Ukraine-Russia conflict. The class was also a space to expand my cultural knowledge and one where I built connections with my Arab culture in terms of both similarities and differences in language, literature, food, and much more. Academically, I was proud of my two productions in that class: a 12 page midterm essay and a 12 page research paper as the final. Attached are these pieces with my professor's feedback:
